چکیده

Cognitive radio has been proposed as a possible solution to improve spectrum utilization via opportunistic spectrum sharing that will be done by autonomous detection of vacant bands in the radio spectrum. Spectrum sensing is the very task upon which the entire operation of cognitive radio rests. In this paper a new spectrum sensing method for cognitive radio systems based on cyclic autocorrelation has been proposed. This method takes advantage of the amplitude of the cyclic autocorrelation and can differentiate the noise from the primary users and detect the presence of the primary users. Theoretical analysis for the algorithms is discussed. Simulations based on BPSK and QPSK signals are presented to verify the method. Key-Words: spectrum sensing; cyclostationary detection; cyclic autocorrelation; cognitive radio

Cognitive Radio (CR) networks enable dynamic spectrum access and can significantly improve spectral efficiency. Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (CSS) exploits the spatial diversity between CR users to increase sensing accuracy. However, in a realistic scenario, the trustworthy of CSS is vulnerable to Spectrum Sensing Data Falsification (SSDF) attack. In an SSDF attack, some malicious CR users deli...
